On your first visit please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time for you to fill out our brief health assessment form and enjoy our space for the first time without feeling rushed.
Due to Friday and Saturday appointments being in high demand, you may be asked to hold your appointment with a credit card. These are held in complete confidentiality, and nothing will be charged to your card as long as the cancellation policy is followed.
